Je suis Bruxelles – and EP roadblock on glyphosate
Tributes and messages of defiance and solidarity have been trending on Twitter and other social media over the last 24h since the latest round of terrorist attacks in Brussels. Our thoughts are with those affected.
On the very day of the attack, the European Parliament’s ENVI committee voted overwhelmingly to block a renewal of the herbicide glyphosate’s 15-year authorisation for use in the EU.
We ask you to take two simple steps: 1) show your support for ENVI’s decision by email and Twitter; 2) tell the responsible European Commissioner to follow this lead. You’ll find out exactly what to do in our main story.
