ANH founder, executive and scientific Director Rob Verkerk PhD joins an international line-up of speakers in Dublin at The Organic Institute, Ireland's upcoming conference. The theme of his presentation will be "Reframing food, health and communities through the lens of sustainability"

It is imperative the causations of climate disaster, the degradation of our soils, the toxicity in our food, air, water, and the plastic and toxic pollutions of our oceans is addressed. Otherwise we are leaving a shocking legacy for both our children and our children's children, and the real possibility that they will be the last line of defence for the survival of humanity and the planet.

Rob Verkerk PhD is an internationally acclaimed, multi-disciplinary scientist with a 35-year background in environmental, sustainability, agricultural, nutritional and health sciences. He is also the founder, executive and scientific director of the Alliance for Natural Health Intl, a non-profit he founded 17 years ago. Rob will speak about why and how ecological and sustainability principles must now be urgently applied to all areas of human endeavour if a global anthropogenic catastrophe is to be avoided within the coming decades. He will emphasise the importance of community-driven, bottom-up solutions, as well as approaches that interlink communities with regenerative strategies for inclusive, sustainable economic growth and social cohesion whilst ensuring future health and wellbeing.
