If other European consumers were to feel as strongly as the Irish petitioners, Brussels would have to reckon on 6.5 million European Union citizens challenging this latest round of legislation which aims to restrict vitamin dosages. The outcome of this campaign will ultimately let us know whether we do or don't live in a democracy.
