CBD time bomb and food

It’s something of a hybrid week for ANH today. We were planning on doing our once-a-month #ThrowbackThursday. But news out today from the UK’s Food Standards Agency (FSA) bumped our second #TBT piece. The FSA announcement squarely impacts the fastest growing category the natural food and supplement sectors have yet witnessed. We felt you should know what this might mean, especially if you’re an avid user of CBD and have been enjoying the benefits it brings. So that’s our lead piece.

Next you’ll find our planned #TBT piece on that subject that’s so dear to so many of us called ‘food’, that governments, academics, the food industry and the public seem to struggle to find agreement over. That’s as much down to the fact that we’re all individual so we all react differently to different foods and food combinations. But we must also recognise that the studies on which people’s views so often rely are often biased, having been manipulated by the food industry that funds so many of them.

Our weekly news roundup is particularly rich this week. Dig into news on coronavirus hype, the tofu vs meat debate over environmental impact, your chance to use our special 50% discount code at the ground-breaking Get Well Show at London’s Olympia late next week (21-23 Feb), the rise of Dr Google, new GMO golden rice questions.. and more still!

In health, naturally…
