The new health language | ANH Heartbeat

In this week’s Heartbeat ANH founder Rob Verkerk talks about the importance of having a common language when it comes to managing our health, which is part of the ANH-Intl health sustainability blueprint. The blueprint project aims to shift our current healthcare system from one that is focussed on disease management, to one that is all about health creation. In order for us as individuals to be empowered to take control over our own health, we need a universal and easy to understand health language - one that includes any health and fitness professionals we might choose to guide us on our health journey.
