The end of February has come around all too quickly as world events seem to be gathering steam and 2024 speeds on. We've got a plethora of news this week including a shocking report from Sainsbury's on its vision of what the food landscape will look like in the not too distant and distant future, as it chooses 'ferming' over farming. Big Food manufacturers turn to niche markets including 'fussy' kids, water fluoridation updates, increased maternal deaths in the UK plus the latest covid related news and updates from the ANH-USA team.
