Creating change - fast

The quickest way to see change in our external life is to make changes internally first. It’s never what we want to hear because when we don’t like what’s happening in our lives, we want to see change happening there first. But we are the change agents, therefore we must initiate the changes. Letting go is one of the most powerful acts you can ever do to initiate and progress change. A vessel that is full can’t be filled with anything more or different unless it’s first emptied.

Letting go is often seen negatively, like giving up and giving in. But far from victimhood, letting go involves an element of surrender and release through acknowledging ‘what is’, choosing not to make life a battleground and turning intention instead to creating something different, new and much more desirable. Since when did fighting ever make us happy humans? This is one of the reasons why here at ANH, while we acknowledge that in some ways we’re in a 'third world war' for humanity, we also like to stay away from battle metaphors as much as we can, choosing instead, words that empower and engender our natural ability to create change.

We are so powerful. Even more so when we unite and work together.

This week, our lead feature shares some of the results of ANH founder, Rob Verkerk PhD's, recent work with the indomitable Geert Vanden Bossche PhD. In it, Rob brings you new - and essential - information about the way our magnificent immune systems work, especially now that we must contend with a new virus and a global vaccination strategy. As more evidence of vaccine failure is revealed and we begin to see increasing evidence of better outcomes among the unvaccinated compared with those vaccinated, this feature helps you understand the likely mechanisms driving these processes. More importantly, it exposes the myth that this is a 'pandemic of the unvaccinated' and how actually the unvaccinated, which currently represent over 95% of the population on the African continent, hold the key to our recovery. That's as long as we understand the supreme importance of trying to halt vaccination of the youngest, most precious members of societies around the world. This is a feature article that really needs to be read.

We also asked Rob to re-record the presentation he gave on Sunday at the European Congress for Integrative Medicine 2021 regarding solutions for planetary and human health. Probably like you, we’re after solutions and we want them fast. None of us want to remain in the place we find ourselves any longer than we have to in order to bring about deep, systemic change. Please watch the video and share it widely. We so need to hold a unified vision and intent for our future, as bleak as it might sometimes look. If we’re not in charge of our own lives, sitting in the driving seat of where we want to go, then someone, or others, will be!

Our roundup of Covid Bites is extensive this week as the flood of information on the effects of the global jab rollout increases. But, more positively, so too are the legal actions and levels of pushback. We seem to be reaching a pinnacle before great change, which is why our news snippets are meagre this week. The whole world seems focused on the same subject. Now we just need to fix the problem.

Just a last word about creating change as smoothly and seamlessly as we can. My own work has shown time and again that we need to let go of the need to battle and turn daily life into a war zone, particularly as mandates in many countries are set to pit friends and families against each other. Instead, our focus can be directed to what needs to be released and freed within in order to stand peacefully in sovereignty, knowing with certainty that we will soon be living in a better world and that we will prevail - for the people as well as the planet. We also need to keep our lines of connection and communication open. The agenda that’s still running amok wants above all else to decimate the emerging solidarity, to shut down our ability to talk, to unite and to work together. But in such a time of uncertainty - scientifically, economically, politically, socially, and ecologically - this is the last thing that we must let happen.
