How nature can reverse your biological age
We have to issue this week’s newsletter with a warning: our two main features might well blow your socks off, especially if you’re of a certain age.
The first tells you how you might wind back the clock on your biological age. We don’t think there is a single intervention, method or approach that has been shown to do it better than the one I describe. If you know otherwise, please let us know.
The second, with masterful explanation from acclaimed nutritionist and ANH friend, Patrick Holford, shows how low cost vitamin B and fish oil supplements are able to blow the latest Biogen drug, news of which has littered recent headlines into the weeds, when it comes to Alzheimer’s prevention.
Both stories provide a powerful reminder that nature holds the clue to providing a very soft landing for those who are heading into their senior years.
If enough people get to know what can be done with the assistance of natural remedies, perhaps we can ditch concerns about future societies being awash with old, demented, institution-bound citizens – that might include some of us.
Lucid, agile and independent older people with a great deal of wisdom could be a reality if enough people learn about what’s in the articles and linked content below.
