If you're reading this, you're still alive. Well done!

What a year it's been. In many ways, natural health has excelled itself. Think vitamin D, C, A, zinc, quercetin, NAC, melatonin, zeolite, Artemisia, cumin seed oil, Andrographis, a huge array of antioxidants, and so much more. Standing more than an equal to the billions spent on the novel, synthetic platform jabs. Yes, more than equal to....

Our gift to you this week is our video wrap-up of the year. In addition, we present our 12 broken promises and our sensational, yet deeply disturbing, week 51 Covid Bites, as well as our exciting non-covid, natural health news.

My final call to you this year is three-fold: please take a break from whatever you might do that distracts you from caring for yourself and those you are closest to; please honour your mission and purpose in life and don't allow any dilution of these values from pressure issued by family or other loved ones; and, finally, and most of all, fuel yourself for the year ahead. It may turn out to be the most pivotal year for our species experienced in the last two thousand or more years. Being fully recovered from the trials and tribulations of 2021, being primed for 2022, to effect positive change, will be - I'm convinced - worth the effort.
