On the eve of 1st August as many in the UK and Europe are bound for their summer holidays, we thought we'd contribute some tasty recipes and top tips to help make your summer work for your health too. On the recipe front, we've done breakfasts, snacks and picnic recipes previously, so this time we've focused on Delicious Dinners. The recipes are quick, easy and don't need a huge amount of culinary skill! They also double for lunches, freezer portions and groups — and they all bring to life our Food4Health guidelines.
